It's Friday night, and you know what that means..
It is time to Dare to Share!
If you saw my post from a few days ago, you saw that this week was another market week. I have been busy every single evening after working at the day care making things for the market. The picture above is a bit messy and the cookies are not quite finished. Since it is almost Thanksgiving we are going with a pie theme for this market. I made cookies that look like cherry pie, pumpkin pie and chocolate pie. I also make some gingerbread face cookies.
I'm about 90 percent finished with my pie Christmas ornaments. I am loving how they turned out and I will be posting a how to post after the market. I will show a picture of the final product then. I am letting them dry overnight and in the morning I will need to add the eye hooks and ribbon. I need to make tonight's post short and sweet because I have be get up at 8 am to be at the market by 9:30.
Now that you know what I have been up to this week, I would love to see what you have been up to. Link up and HAVE FUN!
Thank you for hosting! Those Christmas pie ornaments are super cute. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for hosting, have a great weekend! Melynda @scratchmadefood!
ReplyDeleteWe think the same way! I was wondering if I could make Pumpkin Pie Slice cookies, using the basic recipe for my Candy Corn Cookies and came up with the ones in #35 last week! Then in #36 are some "pie" cupcakes that I'll make quite often, using M&Ms as the fruit in the pie, on top of the cupcakes. Just a couple of ideas for the next time you go with a pie theme!
ReplyDeleteVery cute!! At the market I got a lot of people who thought the pie cookies were cute, but I sold more gingerbread face cookies today. It was pretty cold out so maybe they were feeling more of Christmas vibe. LOL
DeleteThanks, for hosting Pam and well done on your pie cookies, they look great.
ReplyDeleteMy entries this week are numbered #42+43
