It is Halloween crunch time! Do you feel it? I sure do!! We are trying to prepare for Halloween while having finals at the high school, a choir concert, and my birthday this week. Kelly from Virtually Yours with Kelly Stillwell has shared 4 Easy Halloween Cupcake Ideas that can be done at the last minute. I had plans to make a few sweet treats this year, but it just did not get done.
