With the popularity of Frozen, you can expect there to be a lot of Elsa's and Anna's this Halloween. I just saw some "frozen" fabric at walmart today. It was actually like light blue tulle with silver snowflakes but I bet lots of people will be buying it to make Elsa costumes! Very cute!
