We just finished out last week of school. My oldest still has a few things to finish up with her online school, but we are now officially on summer vacation.
What a last week it was...
Kara is dealing with another injury. This time it is a broken toe. She has once again been injured by standing still. You can read about what happened here. Her dance recital and ballet production is in just a little over a week, so we are praying for some quick healing.
Since the kids are growing up way too fast, we decided to expand the summer fun challenge we tried last August. This time we are going to try it for the entire summer. We hope to make this a summer to remember.
I have now used my T Shirt Backpack more than 12 times. After successfully wearing it all day on field day at school, I thought it was worth sharing again. It is inexpensive and easy to make, and you can see how here.
Since today was the last day of school, we had to do our end of school tradition. I wrote a fun post with lots of flashback pictures. How did my kids grow up so fast?
I admit that I was not the best on my weight loss journey this week.. It was just so jammed packed with activities. I also did not eat the best because I was just too tired to make dinner on the busier days. I also gave in and had two Blizzards this week. Monday at a girl scout meeting and today for our end of school celebration. I do not have a new picture. As of yesterday this week's weight loss was only 0-1 pound depending on the day.
