A very good friend of mine recently moved to back South Carolina. While she lived here in my town up north, she spoke of her home state fondly. Jeni from I Got This Martha shared this yummy looking Ranch Potato Salad made from red skinned potatoes from her blog based in South Carolina. She too speaks very fondly of her home state and the deli where she used to work. Hmm.. Maybe I will have to go visit.
