Brunch Made Easy by Eggland's Best with Giveaway

I was recently asked if I would like to host a brunch and share about Eggland's Best. Since Eggland's Best it my favorite brand of eggs, of course I said yes. 

Did you know that Eggland's Best has a ton of great recipes on their website?  When planning our brunch we chose to try  Ham and Swiss Quiche, and French Toast Cupcakes both of which were delicious when we actually made them.

How yummy do these look?  These French Toast Cupcakes were a big hit with everyone at the brunch. 

My youngest daughter requested we try the Ham and Swiss Quiche, and it did not disappoint.   It was easy to make, and my guests enjoyed it so much they want me to make it again.  

We also wanted to have something light and fruity, so I made some of my Orange Fruit Cups.  I came up with this recipe 10 years ago when my oldest daughter had an American Girl Tea Party. As you can imagine, I have made it numerous times since.  

Does this little guy look familiar? Each place setting had one of the   Easter Egg Buddies,

and a mini vase made from a small Starbucks Frappuchino bottle. 

Thanks to Eggland's Best we had a wonderful meal.
