I was going through my cookbooks today looking for a recipe I hope to make this weekend. In my cookbook cabinet I came across an apron I got from my daughter when she was in kindergarten. She was in the Owl class, and each of the children used their hand prints to make an owl. I won the owl themed gift basket and become the proud owner of this special apron.
Since owls are all the rage right now, I thought why not share about the apron. This could be a great gift idea for a grandma, mom or teacher. Kara thinks it is embarrassing, I think it is precious. I love looking at the tiny little hand prints remember how sweet these now 11 and 12 year olds were when they were in kindergarten.
