Rainy Day Fun- Summer Fun Challenge Day 4

Today we woke up to a gray rainy day. The tempature had actually dropped almost 20 degrees from yesterday as well.  As I as walking to the mailbox, I noticed something in the street.

Our neighborhood Sandhill cranes who take up residence in the summer were just standing in the neighbor's yard enjoying the shower.   Sorry that this picture is not very clear.  I had my small point and shoot. I didnt want to get too close and scare them away.

With the rain outside, it was a day for inside activities.  Kara asked for my camera.  She had a photo shoot of some of her new stuffed animal clothing designs.. (there will be another post about that later)

I am loving her bikini clad  surfing penguin.  She mad the surfboard out of cardstock.

Tomorrow is supposed to be another cooler than normal day. I think we might go use or Kids Bowl Free passes.
