I started with a bag of buttery popcorn and poured it into my largest mixing bowl.
We then added in marshmellows, M & Ms, and some red and green swirled chips. This recipe would be very easy to customize just by adding a few different ingredients or candy colors.
Yum! Yum! Yum! The reindeer wanted to jump in and start eatting but it was not quite finished. I also threw in a couple of stray gummy bears..
Using the 30 second method I melted about half of bag of white chocolate chips and then added it to the popcorn mixture. The chocoate wasn't a smooth as I would like, and it wasnt enough to cover all of the popcorn.
I melted about a cup of Wilton white candy melts and poured that in too.
Once I coated all of the candy and popcorn, I spread it out on a cookie sheet covered in wax paper. I placed it in the fridgerator for a few minutes to harden. I then broke up the large piece into smaller pieces.
To be on the safe side, I bagged some up to save for the reindeer. I also bagged up some for Kara's friend to take home, and a few for the relatives.
Oh MY!!! that is quite the Popcorn... I would have EATEN the Whole bowl when I was a kid... Now I might eat Just 1/2 the bowl.. :) Thanks for sharing it... :)
