I just figured out my coupon numbers for the month of July.    I did spent more on groceries than I normally do because there were two weeks of out of the month where we had company, and I also bought some party food for my daughters birthday party.  

I saved $179.69 in grocery coupons, $288.in sales for a total savings of $467.89.   I spent $451.63 for groceries of the month which means I saved 51% on groceries. 

In addition I saved an additional  $225.76 in coupons at Target, Kohls, Staples, Joanns,  Michaels,  back to school shopping, and eatting out. 

My total savings for the month with coupons, $405.45   A pretty good month overall!
