Mini Caramel Apples

I am going to the county fair with my kids today.  It's opening day and FREE admission day.  We dont get to the fair very often since it is on the other side of the county.  The weather is cooperating, so it is should be a FUN DAY.   In honor of the opening of our county fair, I found a few more fair food recipes.   I thought this mini caramel apple recipe from Family Fun looked interesting.  I loved that you can make bite size caramel apples.  To see how it is done, check out the recipe here.
