Grocery Deals this Week

I went to 3 stores this week and bought more than my normal budget because we have family friends staying with us this week.  I did buy quite a bit  easy to make food because I am feeding 5 kids ages 9-14, and I want items they can make themselves.  It is so nice when kids are old enough to make food for themselves.

At Meijer I used $15.60 in coupons, saved $26.48 in sales for a total of $42.08.  I spent only $38.95 for an overall savings of 52%

Kroger

Kroger still has their buy 10 selected items get $3.00 off.   I stocked up on more of those items.

VGS

My VGs store doubles all coupons up to $1 but has higher prices on many of their items.  I love shopping there for their sale items with coupons. 

2 Tidy Cat litter on sale $4.99.  I used two $1 coupons that doubled, final price $2.99 each
Nine Lives Cat food $4.15. I used $1 coupon that doubled, final price $2.15
2 Cinnabon Pancakes on clearance for $1.39.  I used .75 off 2 coupon that doubled, final price .64 each

3 Pringles on sale $1.50.  I used $1 off 3 that doubled,  final price .83 each

I used $28.05 in coupons, saved $27.13 in sales, for a total of $55.18 in savings.  I spent only $39.39 for an overall savings of 58%
