Easy 4th of July Wreath

While looking on the Good Housekeeping site for something else, I came across this easy to make wreath that is perfect for the 4th of July.  This festive wreath is made from mini flag toothpicks and a styrofoam wreath.   Its hard to believe that the 4th is only one week from today.
