While reading through the blogs that I follow, I just came across what I think could be called the COOLEST PARTY EVER! I am in awe with the decor, the details, the CANDY. This is only one of the several amazing pictures of a Piper and the Chocolate Factory party. Obviously this was not a party on a small budget.
