I am excited about this recipe. This is slow cooker lasagna from the Bob Evans website. I signed up on for their mailing list to get a Buy 1 Get 1 free Bob Evans side dish coupon. I checked out their recipes and saw that i had all of the ingredients on hand to make this tonight. Since we are pretty much snowed in, it was not like I was going to go to the store anyway.
