What's for dinner tonight

We are eatting Chinese tonight for the Chinese New year.  Our favorite is Sweet and Sour Chicken.   I found a sweet and sour chicken recipe that can be made in a crock pot at Allrecipes.com.    Sounds like my kind of meal.
